    Manager Rewards, Talent & Analytics

    Job Purpose:

    A global and dynamic multinational organisation with 130 years experience in the consumer goods industry is seeking a highly experienced Manager Rewards, Talent & Analytics who will be accountable for developing strong, world class HR Systems and Processes including: Reward & Benefits Processes, Talent & Development Processes,Data, Analytics & Reporting Systems and Processes.

    The incumbent must ensure that Processes and Systems:

    • Enhance the HR experience for all employees and managers.
    • Enable the HRBP/HR Operations team to partner effectively with their businesses by adding value through the execution of clearly define HR Systems and Processes.
    • Continuously look for opportunities to improve these HR Systems & Processes.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    Rewards & Benefits:

    • Lead and guide the full cycle remuneration & benefits processes including designing and developing the remuneration & benefits strategy and policy.
    • Develop the overall remuneration & benefits competence across the business.
    • Partner with and manage key internal and external stakeholders and remuneration & benefits service providers.
    • Lead the full Job Evaluation processes.
    • Manage the Company’s benefit programs in conjunction with outsourced providers ensuring high service delivery.
    • Ensure that the remuneration, benefits & performance management policies enables the business strategy and enhance the Company’s Employee Value Proposition.
    • Ensure effective Mobility management process for incoming and outgoing expatriates on various levels of contracts.

    Talent & Development Processes:

    • Develop key talent acquisition and retention strategies.
    • Develop overall development framework.
    • Build Talent & Development knowledge within HR Team and Line Manager/Employee population.
    • Enable effective Talent & Development process execution & compliance by broader HR Team.

    Data Analytics, Systems & Reporting:

    • Key member and change agent of Analytics Community with BDFSA and Regional Team.
    • Drive the development and implementation of key data & analytics systems.
    • Drive effective, accurate, and reliable and on time HR Reporting of key KPI’s and provide key insights to enable proactive decision making.
    • Ensure all people systems are accurate, updated in real time.
    • Support effective roll out of Key HR Systems, such as Compass (Success Factors).

    Leadership:

    • Guide, motivate, develop, manage and build engagement within the team and internal and external stakeholders.
    • Drive best in class cross functional collaboration and engagement.
    • Co-build and sets strategy, direction and enable teams to execute with excellence.

    Compliance:

    • Ensure responsible, sustainable and compliant ways of working.
    • Works with HRD and broader HR Team to ensure all policies and processes are complied with.

    Requirements:

    Education:

    • Relevant HR Tertiary Qualification.

    Experience:

    • Successful track record of excellence at senior level within an HR Team.
    • In depth experience and ownership of HR Processes/Full Employee Life Cycle.
    • Strong people focus & leadership experience.
    • Highly developed data, analytics and reporting skills.
    • Business + Entrepreneurial Acumen.
