Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Construction industry skills analysis, manage various skills development programs, manage compliance to SETA requirements
- Manage the skills development agency
- Fund mobilisation, Stakeholder engagement
- Operational planning
- Risk and financial Management and People Management.
Requirements

Educational requirements:
- Relevant qualification in in Education/ Human Resource Development/ Business Leadership/ Strategic Management at NQF Level 7.
Experience:
- At least 5 years’ experience in training and development. 2 years should be at managerial level
- Assessor and Moderator qualification will be an added
