Manager Unified Communications at Vodafone Global Enterprise

Role Purpose

• To ensure relevant and appropriate Unified Communication services are provided to the organization to meet business current and future requirements.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• To manage a technical team including suppliers to deliver services according to agreed service levels.
• Ensure that Strategic development; planning, testing, implementation and support of enterprise IT technologies and solutions are in delivered according to agreed timelines.
• To compile a departmental budget and maintain control of the approved budget.
• To ensure that effective contracts are put in place and managed with regard to external suppliers that provide support services or solutions.
• To ensure departmental compliance with internal and external policies, including corporate governance.

The Ideal Candidate For This Role Will Have

Relevant diploma/degree in Information Systems, or related field

A total of at least five to eight years of relevant experience

Preferred O365 Including MS Teams And Video Conferencing Experience
