Manager: USSD at Outvise

The Manager: USSD’s purpose is to oversee the effective and efficient implementation of the Unstructured Supplementary Service Data (USSD) programme through the provision of appropriate infrastructural systems and services to meet the needs of the client's customers and satisfy the requirements of the client in the enablement of an optimal Online Channel to engage customers.

• Effective and efficient implementation of the USSD programme
• Provision of appropriate infrastructural systems and services to meet the client's customers’ needs
• Drive the enablement of an optimal Online Channel to engage customers

Education:

• Min 3 year degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related Technical area

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years’ relevant Product Development and/or IT experience gained in a Channel Management environment (IT, Telecom, Banking Sectors)
• Extensive experience in USSD development
• Experience working in a medium to large organisation
• Understanding of Online business and customers
• Experience in an Agile delivery environment would be advantageous
• Worked across diverse cultures and geographies
• Experience in managing multiple projects, with competing resources and priorities
• Managing/supervising staff
