    Market Development Specialist

    What You'll Bring

    • Partner with colleagues across the matrix (e.g., Product Marketing, Sales, Legal) and other business units in the implementation of market development plans and marketing campaigns – providing input and/or deliverables regarding the strategic approach, messaging, and tactical execution
    • Collect and disseminate “voice of market” for market development and strategy needs, including inputs for market sizing and segmentation studies, business case development, and pricing analysis
    • Support market development initiatives by developing creative, exciting, engaging collateral for various audiences using a variety of platforms – working within brand guidelines
    • Have accountability for preparing content while creating, maintaining, and enhancing the structure, content, look and feel for our go-to-market materials specific to business segments that we serve
    • Work alongside our senior leadership team to customize business specific content (market analysis, application of TU solutions to specific customer needs); collaborate to create relatable and compelling stories for all audiences

    What You'll Bring

    • Advanced to expert knowledge of MS Office Suite, including PowerPoint
    • Excellent verbal / written communications skills and effective story-telling skills – with an ability to maintain creative excellence
    • Proficiency with the visual display of quantitative information (charts, graphs, etc.)
    • Ability to identify the most effective way to get messages across a variety of mediums (presentations, videos, blogs, podcasts, etc.) and channels (web, social, print, etc.)
    • Experience developing, executing and measuring the success of go-to-market plans and customer communications campaigns
    • A positive attitude and the ability to form strong, collaborative working relationships with colleagues at all levels, and external stakeholders
    • Ability to operate in a fast moving, collaborative environment and present/sell your work and ideas well
    • Prioritization and organization skills, including the ability to see projects through from concept to production while managing multiple projects simultaneously
    • Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in a communications role
    • Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, graphic design or related field
