Overview

• To provide functional leadership to develop, implement, maintain and improve Quality Management Process (QMP) programs for the site and across the network to ensure that end products are safe for human consumption and meet customer, consumer and regulatory requirements to achieve business objectives.
• To lead deployment of Q&FS Standards (EMQM,DQM,etc.) in market unit

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Lead the implementation of the Corporate mandated Q&FS standards applicable to market unit (QMP, EMQM,DQM, Product Disposal,etc.).
• Collaborate with all business functions to identify gaps against the requirements, define action plans to achieve compliance.
• Follow and track progress of all business functions against defined action plans.
• Escalate challenges and delays to bring the deployment project back on track.
• Lead the implementation of a standardised document control process.
• Be the document control and Nexus expert/admin.
• Engage with associates through a QMP communication and awareness programme.
• Report the compliance against standards to relevant parts of the business.
• Organise, and sometimes lead, initial and refresher QFS training as per requirements
• Liaise with the Q&FS Community to learn of and implement potential changes
• Act as Market Unit expert for QMP, promote the transfer of best practice and provide visible leadership for Quality.
• Drive the quality culture across all business practices.
• Review and update quality manual as necessary
• With support from Regional QFS, manage Product Related Incidents that originate from the market
• Report levels of compliance every quarter to Mars, and internally as defined.
• Develop, maintain and lead the internal audit program, and conduct some of them.
• Organise and lead the quality management reviews.
• Organise the annual LRQA audit, and guide the auditor during the audit.
• Support and coach process managers with problem solving and root cause analysis
• Track progress of, and report against functional
• Corrective and Preventative action plans

What are we looking for?

• Graduate/Post-Graduate
• Lead Auditor Certification for ISO 9001:2015 / FSSC 22000
• Experience : 2+ years in leading ISO 9001:2015/Quality Management
• System/Food Safety Management System position in reputed food industry
