Duties and Responsibilities

Financial Management & Administration

• Assist in compiling annual budgets and forecasts
• Monitor progress against financial targets
• Ensure accurate sales administration and logistics
• Manage and report on sales-related documentation

Marketing & Sales Execution

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans
• Promote products through:
• Farmer's days
• Customer clinics
• Demonstrations and group/individual visits
• Execute daily sales and manage sales transactions
• Attend strategic meetings and sessions

Customer Service Excellence

• Maintain updated customer database (Profile system)
• Provide after-sales support and follow-up
• Organize information days and client presentations
• Resolve customer queries promptly
• Ensure timely and correct product delivery

Requirements

• National Senior Certificate (Matric)
• 3–5 years’ experience in agricultural marketing/sales
• Valid driver’s license
• Willingness to travel
• In-depth knowledge of agricultural implements
• Strong grasp of sales and marketing principles
• Basic understanding of financing and budgeting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sales and negotiation ability
• Planning, coordination, and reporting
• Proactive and self-motivated
• Results-driven with customer-first mindset
• Ability to work independently and in teams
