Marketing and Communications Manager at Triggerise

Triggerise builds digital platforms that motivate users - primarily young women and adolescent girls - to make positive choices. The Job

As the Marketing and Communication manager at Triggerise, you’ll work together with the insights and marketing team to ensure that our message is delivered in a relevant, meaningful and effective way. You’ll do this, by: 

• Carrying out our use-facing marketing strategy to marry insights about our users with the knowledge of their online and offline behaviour.
• Aligning our Go-To-Market strategy with value creation for the communities, service providers, partners and individuals. 
• Translating our strategy and marketing plans into an action plan which will drive demand for our membership and services - this will include developing and executing content, brand materials, social media engagement and continuous flow messages. 
• Keeping abreast of the latest marketing trends and movements in the market, and find ways to boost the company’s visibility. 

About You

• You think outside of the box and collaborate well with others. You have strong interpersonal skills, and strong consultative skills. You can give your team the structure and guidance to help them excel by themselves. 

Requirements

• Fluent in French
• A relevant university degree or the equivalent in work experience.
• At least 3 years of previous experience in a similar position.
• Strong communication and analytical analytical skills 
• Knowledge of relevant design tools and communications channels.

The Rewards

• At Triggerise we believe in being open, also when it comes to salaries. The salary brackets for  this position, excluding benefits, is Br 39 000 - Br 58 500 per month in Ethiopia, KSH 174 900  - KSH 262 300 per month in Kenya, €2 700 - €4 100 per month in the Netherlands, €1 800  - €2 700 in Portugal and R34 100 -   R51 200 per month in South Africa. We will offer you a salary in this bracket depending on your level of experience and how it relates to your future colleagues.
