Marketing Assistant (Consumer Electronics) at Samsung Electronics

This role will be responsible for Assisting marketing team to execute & launch the innovation in Samsung in the Integrated marketing spaces of Consumer Household Electronics (e.g TVs, Fridges, Washing machines, Microwave ovens), respectively. 

You will work closely with the Brand Marketing teams and cross functional planning teams like PR, Digital, Retail and Brand to implement local marketing activities to drive business growth.

The Marketing Assistant will need to bring dynamic attitude and passion to:

• Assist the marketing team leads with launches, promotion, communication and go to market executions through also working closely with cross functional teams
• Assisting in Crafting the launch mix across all marketing elements of product marketing, promotions, advertising, and communication
• Assist in Developing the communication assets required to launch the innovations in the market.
• Bring a mindset of purpose innovative thinking, fresh eyes to communication and excellent execution of the plans, communication development.

What You’ll Need To Succeed

• Marketing Experience in one or more of the following: Brand, Communication, promotion, advertising]
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in marketing or related field required;
• 1+ years in Marketing, with some experience in brand and communications.
• A well-informed beauty “gut” coupled with an eye for aesthetic, trends, social media, design and attention for details.
• Passion for Brands, Consumers and Shopper understanding.
• Ability to balance of art & science – ability to think creatively & strategically, with strong business mindset.
• Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn.
• Comfortable with using data throughout aspects of the role, turning consumer and social insights into strategic thinking.
• Passion for big iconic brands and desire to leave a mark
