    Marketing Automation Specialist

    We are now adding a fourth core responsibility and are looking for a new high-impact member of the team: a Marketing Automation Specialist who will take ownership of the lead nurturing initiatives on our website, chatbot, and email campaigns to drive compelling prospect experiences and generate new business for RetailNext.

    Responsibilities:

    Own our marketing automation platform end-to-end and ensure that it is maintained and fully utilized

    • Understand and evaluate campaign metrics and distribute campaign performance to the team and managers
    • Make recommendations, based on analysis, to improve campaigns continuously.
    • Ensure data integrity and cleanliness within the platform
    • Own qualification, scoring, routing, and assignment of leads
    • Create and refine buyer personas to drive effective and consistent campaigns that span website, chatbot, email and other channels
    • Partner with the sales and marketing teams to conceptualize new lead generation strategies and then execute on them
    • Partner with the content marketing team to build out or refine content to support new campaigns or bolster existing ones
    • Partner with the online advertising team to promote key campaigns and measure their effectiveness
    • Partner with the sales operations team to ensure proper integration and lead handoff to Salesforce
    • Research and champion new marketing technologies and platforms to drive operations marketing success

    Requirements:

    • Experienced. You must have prior experience managing a marketing automation tool such as Pardot, Marketo, Hubspot, etc
    • Data-driven. You must be analytical and data-driven, and have a personality that compels you to relentlessly measure and optimize every campaign and communication
    • Organized. You will be responsible for keeping prospects, campaigns, forms, etc neat and organized within the system
    • Collaborative. You must have the ability to collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders from a variety of backgrounds
    • Flexible. Able to work from home or at the Company's office as required. Must have a reliable internet connection and home office
