About the job:

As a Marketing Manager, you will be involved in creating and overseeing marketing plans as well as organizing and managing marketing campaigns that will generate awareness and create a demand for Promoshin’s products and services. You will be involved in performing extensive market research in order to seek out new and emerging market trends and make sound market-related decisions. You will also manage other creative professionals on our team.

The ideal Marketing Manager is creative and has the ability to understand a target market’s needs. This individual enjoys challenging and fast-paced environments. The individual will be detailed-oriented, dependable, a problem solver, and a good communicator.

This is a full-time remote position (work from home) that requires the candidate to work local Los Angeles hours between 9 am - 5 pm (GMT -7).

Responsibilities will include the following tasks:

• Managing teammates.
• Promotion of our products and services using advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Youtube Ads, & maybe even TikTok ads).
• Planning of, and implementing marketing strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies to keep us ahead.
• Reviewing marketing budgets.
• Data analysis and reporting.
• Generating new business leads.
• Increasing brand awareness and market share.
• Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
