Establish and maintain a strong brand presence in the financial software sector, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.
Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and high performance.
Oversee the planning, execution, and analysis of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, content marketing, and events.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning to inform marketing strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure effective execution of marketing initiatives.
Prepare and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities using KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; a post graduate qualification is preferred.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing roles within the Enterprise Financial Services technology industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
Experience working in a similar sized company (Revenue $20m to $75m USD)
