Marketing Graduate at Belgotex Floors

Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing Briefs: receiving all marketing briefs, reviewing them for completeness, assigning them to the appropriate marketing team members, and managing the workflow to ensure timely attention to each brief.
• Media library: Attend to new user requests, upload new imagery onto the Media Library, ensure all imagery is correctly labelled and tagged
• Photography Management: Manage and coordinate photography requests, including scheduling photographers, tracking retainer days, distributing received images, and uploading them to the Media Library.
• Promotional Items: Manage and maintain promotional items for each branch, Export team, and Marketing, including annual stock updates, quality reviews, pricing, and quantity assessments.
• Website Updates: Handle general website updates, including managing customer information, updating contact details, and uploading new documents like brochures, certificates, and spec sheets.

Requirements

• Grade 12 and,
• A completed Marketing or Public Relations Degree
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
• Ability to take initiative and make decisions
• Good communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
• Continuous learning – a curious mind
• Good organisational skills
