    Marketing Manager

    Purpose of the Job

    • As Marketing Manager at Aramex will developing, implementing, and executing strategic plan for entire network in order to attract potential customers and retain existing ones as well as he is playing a critical role in aligning creative direction with company’s strategic goals.

    Job Description

    • Collaborate with senior management to define marketing objectives and develop comprehensive strategies to achieve them. This includes identifying target markets, understanding customer needs, and analyzing market trends.
    • Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, website content, and promotional materials, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding across all channels.
    • Drive digital marketing efforts, including social media marketing, email campaigns, search engine optimization (SEO), and online advertising, to increase online visibility and engagement.
    • Manage the company's brand identity and ensure brand consistency across all communication channels. Develop brand guidelines and standards to maintain a strong brand presence in the market.
    • Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and assess competitive threats. Gather customer feedback and insights to inform marketing strategies and improve service offerings.
    • Plan and execute marketing campaigns from conception to completion, monitoring campaign performance and optimizing strategies to maximize ROI.
    • Identify and develop strategic partnerships with industry stakeholders, influencers, and affiliates to expand our reach and drive business growth.
    • Coordinate participation in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our services, network with potential clients, and generate leads.
    • Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources wisely to achieve desired outcomes within budgetary constraints.

    Job Requirements - Experience and Education

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field; master’s degree preferred.
    • 5-6 years of relevant experience in the Marketing Field.
    • Proven experience in marketing roles within the shipping, logistics, or transportation industry.
    • Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques, with hands-on experience in digital marketing strategies and tools.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software/tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, CRM platforms).
