    Marketing Manager- CPT (On-site) (Tyger Valley)

    Description

    • The appointed candidate will have a passion for brands, entrepreneurial spirit, and sheer determination to succeed, as well as a thorough understanding of marketing principals. You will need to have high-energy levels and be self-motived with strong managements skills, being comfortable to work in a dynamic and everchanging results-driven environment.
    • You will be comfortable to work autonomously and, in a team, to deliver holistic customer focused strategies. The candidate will need to be equipped to identify and act quickly on opportunities and to measure the risks and make a sound judgement recommendation to the Marketing Executive.

      Key responsibilities will include:

    • You will manage and implement marketing initiatives across various channels to deliver a seamless marketing plan which results in increased sales.
    • You will design and execute marketing communications for both our internal and external customers, drive brand equity and identify new opportunities for the company to explore.
    • Collaborate effectively with other members of the Footgear management team, to effectively execute and support the overall Business Strategy.
    • Research, launch and maintain a customer engagement strategy that delivers incremental turnover and profits whilst expanding the customer base.
    • Be intricately involved in driving the ecommerce division of the business; providing vision and direction for digital experiences that drive customer engagement, reinforces the brand, and delivers online sales.
    • Campaign management and ownership of the marketing budget (track progress and report on ROI and KPI’s)
    • Be the brand guardian for all communication
    • Brief creative team and manage external agencies where necessary
    • Oversee workload, management, and development of a team of four people
    • Build and maintain relationships with strategic partners and brand representatives
    • Managing the production of marketing materials in line with marketing strategy, including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters, radio adverts, newspapers, online and social media, etc.

    Requirements

    Essential Experience:

    • Marketing or brand management qualification
    • 5 years+ experience in retail marketing, FMCG marketing and/or brand management
    • Creative and dynamic personality with high energy levels and a desire to achieve
    • Experience in managing high volume and variety of work – be a great multitasker and finisher
    • Excellent prioritisation and organisational skills
    • Familiarity and skill with the tools of the trade in marketing including PR, written communication, website development, market research, product packaging, visual communication, social media, products, and creative services
