    Marketing Manager

    Your ability to foster positive relationships—with both internal teams and external partners—will be essential as you help drive growth throughout the organisation.

    • You will oversee all aspects of marketing strategy and execution for three distinct brands within the group, ensuring each brand’s unique identity is effectively communicated to its target audience.
    • You will take charge of building, mentoring, and supporting a high-performing marketing team, making key appointments as needed to drive success across all channels.
    • You will negotiate advertising and marketing revenue deals with supply chain partners, leveraging your interpersonal skills to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
    • You will provide clear creative direction for all campaigns, ensuring that every initiative aligns with the group’s overall objectives while resonating with diverse customer segments.
    • You will manage relationships with creative agencies, digital placement agencies, and e-commerce consultants, fostering co-operative partnerships that enhance campaign effectiveness.
    • You will develop and implement comprehensive digital advertising strategies, including social media engagement, loyalty programmes, community outreach, and e-commerce initiatives.
    • You will analyse consumer behaviour—particularly among younger demographics—to inform campaign design and optimise marketing spend.
    • You will participate actively in senior management meetings, contributing to budget planning and expense allocation processes as part of the wider leadership team.
    • You will ensure all marketing activities reflect an understanding of current retail trends and technological advancements relevant to the business.

     Above all else, you are dependable under pressure and enthusiastic about sharing knowledge so others can grow alongside you.

    • A recognised qualification in marketing or a related field is preferred, demonstrating your commitment to ongoing professional development.
    • Proven experience in retail marketing is essential for understanding customer needs and industry best practices.
    • A track record of success in e-commerce environments shows your ability to adapt strategies for online sales channels.
    • Demonstrated creative flair supported by tangible examples of impactful campaigns highlights your suitability for this role.
    • In-depth knowledge of digital advertising,including social media platforms, loyalty programmes, community engagement tactics, and e-commerce architecture required.
    • Experience negotiating with supply chain partners for advertising or marketing revenue demonstrates your collaborative approach.
    • Familiarity with managing relationships involving creative agencies or digital consultants is important for seamless project delivery.
    • An understanding of youth consumer behaviour enables you to tailor messaging effectively for younger audiences.
    • Previous involvement in senior management teams or budgetary planning processes would be advantageous.
