    Marketing Manager

    Monday

    • Compile design briefs for new marketing collateral
    • Connect with video production team to drive the latest school case study video project
    • Brief Snapplify copywriter for Back-to-School PR article (provide core talking points & context for messaging)

    Tuesday

    • Compile and submit most recent awards entry
    • Work with Snapplify copywriter to finalise Back-to-School PR article draft
    • Compile a paid media campaign for Back-to-School
    • Meet with Presales Team to pitch upcoming key education events

    Wednesday

    • Liaise with printers on existing print projects for upcoming events
    • Meet with Marketplace partner to discuss advertising opportunities with Snapplify
    • Meet with Channel Partner to flesh out strategy for Back-to-School PR release

    Thursday

    • Update Knowledge Base articles to reflect latest tech deployment by Product Team
    • Compile Marketing emails to leads/ clients around Back-to-School with Snapplify
    • Prep contact list & cover email for Back-to-School PR release

    Friday

    • Launch Back-to-School campaign
    • Housekeeping: Weekly Drive clean up and updates to process documentation
    • Compile & publish new profiled content collections to Engage & Snapplify stores

    Responsibilities

    • Press relations, PR strategy and reputation management
    • Paid media and advertising campaigns (print and digital)
    • Events strategy
    • Content promotion: advertising in Engage, content collections, content marketing emails
    • Marketing Materials (print) - from brief to final print product
    • Marketing Materials (digital) - proposals, cases studies, presentations etc
    • Video case studies
    • Maintenance of online properties (websites)
    • Maintenance of Snapplify Knowledge Base (FAQs site)
    • Relationship management: Channel Partners
    • Relationship management: Marketplace Partners
    • Maintain accurate/ up-to-date documentation: process documents, sales guide, product guide and brand guidelines
    • Prepare and release regular marketing emails about Snapplify news and new features to partners, clients and other stakeholders
    • Support the Sales and Presales team objectives
    • Compile awards entries
    • Monthly Marketing metrics reporting

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience
    • Background in education, publishing or tech companies advantageous

    We have not predetermined the salary for this position. We’ll work that out with you based on your skills, experience, and career path.
