    Marketing Media and Campaign Coordinator

    Key Responsibilities

    Media Coordination

    Proof of flighting

    • Ensure all media campaign are executed as planned, with correct timing, placements, and specifications
    • Liaise with media partners and vendors to obtain proof of flighting for all media placements prior to billing/invoicing. Monitor media schedules to ensure all ads run as contracted and address any discrepancies.
    • File and track all PCA’s associated to media campaigns implemented

    Reconciliation of Media Spend:

    • Track and manage media budgets, ensuring all expenditures are within planned budgets for fiscal/per planned campaign
    • Reconcile media invoices against purchase orders, media plans and PCA’s to verify accuracy
    • Monitor and track credit accrued with each campaign
    • Prepare and present detailed reports on media spend, highlighting variances and providing insights
    • Work closely with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate payment processing

    Digital Content Implementation:

    Content scheduling & deployment:

    • Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely creation, approval, and deployment of digital content across various platforms (website, SMS campaigns & Survey’s)
    • Maintain content calendars and ensure all digital content is consistent with approved content by campaign manager.

    Customer research and insight:

    Building Surveys

    • Build and developer surveys that capture valuable customer insights based on briefs received from internal stakeholders
    • Brief internal stakeholders on customer data requirements
    • Utilise survey tools and platforms to create user-friendly and engaging surveys

    Deployment of surveys

    • Ensure timeous and accurate deployment of surveys
    • Monitor surveys and intervene/adapt surveys or the execution thereof if required

    Data collections and interpretation

    • Collect and organise survey responses and other relevant data sources
    • Analyse quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends, patterns and key insights from the surveys deployed

    Reporting

    • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentation that summarise research findings and insights
    • Present finding to stakeholders in a clear, actionable manner

    Stakeholder Management

    • Act as liaison between the internal stakeholders to understand objective required for each campaign implemented.
    • Schedule and lead meeting with stakeholders to discuss research findings, insights, and implications
    • Set clear expectations regarding research timelines, deliverables, and outcomes. Provide regular updates on progress and any potential issues
    • Address stakeholder feedback and adjust tasks as needed to meet requirements.

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • 3-year diploma or Degree in Marketing | Communications | Digital Marketing
    • 2+ years’ experience in Marketing, media coordination, or a related role.
    • Experience working with media agencies or in a media buying role.
