We are recruiting experienced Masons / Bricklayers for construction projects in UAE - Middle East Dubai. The successful candidates will be responsible for constructing and finishing brick, block, and stone structures while ensuring quality workmanship and alignment with project specifications.
Key Responsibilities
Lay bricks, blocks, and stone according to approved construction plans.
Mix and apply mortar for masonry construction.
Build walls, partitions, and structural masonry elements.
Ensure correct bonding patterns, levels, alignment, and dimensions.
Install lintels, sills, and expansion joints where required.
Plaster, render, and finish surfaces to project specifications.
Repair and maintain masonry structures when necessary.
Use levels, lines, and measuring tools accurately.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Work closely with supervisors and other trades to meet project deadlines.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as a Mason/Bricklayer.
Experience in commercial or high-rise construction projects.
Ability to read and interpret building plans.
Strong understanding of load-bearing and non-load-bearing structures.
Knowledge of bricklaying and plastering techniques.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Good awareness of construction site safety standards.
