    Medical Affairs Operations Manager Nutricia Southern Africa

    About the job

    • Reporting to the DNAF Customer Service & Logistics Manager, you will be in charge of the local operations in South Africa, from the replenishment orders with European Supply point to the local customers deliveries through our local warehouses.

    Education:

    • Higher education degree equivalent to Master

    Experience

    • At least 3 years of experience in supply chain

    Required skills:

    • Tools/Software: Excellent proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of SAP and Power BI is a plus.
    • Technical Skills: decision-making, analytical thinking, prioritization, customer satisfaction orientation, knowledge of export specifics (regulations, incoterms, documentation, etc.).
    • Soft Skills: Autonomy, strong conviction and tenacity, initiative, proactivity, ability to propose solutions, ability to animate external stakeholders.
    • Languages: English fluent, Zulu and Xhosa medium level.
