Matric plus qualification in Medical Orthotic and Prosthetics as recognised by SAQA. Current registration with Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA)as Medical Orthotics/Prosthetics.
Experience:
Grade 1: None
Grade 2: Minimum of 10 years after registration with HPCSA as Medical Orthotics/Prosthetics
Grade 3: Minimum of 20 years after registration with HPCSA as Medical Orthotics/Prosthetics
Knowledge and Skills:
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Good interpersonal relations.
Ability to work under pressure.
Sound knowledge and understanding of relevant acts, policies and procedures.
Knowledge of the information and techniques needed to diagnose and treat human injuries, diseases and deformities.
Communication, interpersonal and computer literate. National Health Act.
