Messenger / Driver at Public Protector South Africa

Role Overview:

• The incumbent will report to the Senior Admin Officer. The role is to support the business by providing efficient messenger and transport services. 

Qualifications and Experience:

• Matric / Grade 12 certificate.
• Post matric qualifications will be an added advantage.
• Driver’s licence with a valid PDP.
• 2 - 3 years relevant experience as a driver

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Collect and deliver incoming and outgoing mail at the post office.
• Collect and deliver mail from various departments and institutions.
• Keep records of physical addresses of other departments / organizations.
• Transport of officials as when required.
• Maintenance of the vehicle.
• Perform adhoc driver / admin tasks assigned by the supervisor from time to time.
• Handle the receiving, recording and movement of correspondence internally andexternally
