Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS

• Grade 12
• Candidate must have a Bachelor of Engineering (Metallurgical)

Skills

• Data analysis to identify trends and make informed decisions
• Knowledge of metallurgical processes required for mineral extraction
• Proficiency in laboratory techniques and equipment used in metallurgical testing
• Basic knowledge of project management principles and tools.
• Quality control and assurance in metallurgical processes
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite especially Excel and PowerPoint

• Medically Fit
• Pass any required Client Screening, which includes criminal record screening
• Pass Client Induction
• Unemployed
• Be willing to do psychometric assessments.
• Fraser Alexander will do background screening of qualifications
• Candidate must not have been in a similar graduate programme before

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

• Successful candidates must be willing to relocate to any Fraser Alexander sites within SA.
• Willingness to work on site and in an office
