    MHR Senior Coordinator

    MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

    • To ensure the appropriate placement of competent MHR Nursing and Admin panel members

    KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

    • Provide MHR placement services to clients
    • Placement administration of panel members
    • Managing near miss events / disciplinary actions of panel members

    Required Education

    • ESSENTIAL EDUCATION: Grade 12
    • Registered as a Professional Nurse
    • DESIRED EDUCATION: Diploma or Degree in Nursing Administration

    Required Experience

    • ESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: At least 2-3 years as a registered nurse
    • DESIRED EXPERIENCE: Experience in Private Healthcare Industry


    Required Job Skills And Knowledge

    • MS Office (e.g. Excel -v look up, pivot tables, filters etc. Word - letters) and relevant software packages (e.g. MHRM, CRS)
    • Nursing and Admin structures and scope of practices
    • Relevant legislation (i.e. BCEA, LRA etc.) and the ability to apply this in the workplace
