• BSc/B Eng in Engineering and passed Legal Examination of the Department of Labour, OR
• B Tech/Advanced Diploma/National Higher Diploma in Engineering at NQF7 with 360 credits PLUS Government Certificate of Compliance (GCC)

• 7 years (Management of engineering resources)
