Mill Manager - Krugersdorp Mill at PepsiCo

Responsibilities

What we’re looking for:

• We are looking for a Mill Manager to join our dynamic team. The role is physically located in Krugersdorp reporting to the Supply Chain Operations Director.
• The successful candidate will be responsible to manage and control Safety standards in line with the OHS Act, manage and control product quality assurance as well as maintaining operations services levels to the market.
• The incumbent will also be responsible for forecasting product demand, setting and managing overheads cost, capital budgets applications, project manage some capital projects and managing site leadership team. The successful person will be play a pivotal role in optimising manufacturing, warehousing & distribution of core products

Qualifications

What will qualify you for the role

• Five years relevant experience within the manufacturing environment.Proven results in Managerial Experience
• B Tech Engineering and/or Degree in Business Management and/or Production ManagementmAdvantage will be competency in the skill of Coaching, Leading and developing employee / teams.
