• Proven experience (3yrs+) as a Flutter Developer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of mobile applications developed using Flutter.
• Proficiency in Dart programming language and Flutter framework.
• Understanding of mobile app design principles and UI/UX best practices.
• Experience with third-party libraries and APIs.
• Understands software engineering principles and design patterns.
• Is proficient in database development, especially with SQL Server or similar.
• Is familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Has experience with source control systems.
• Can write efficient, easy-to-maintain code.
• Is good at solving problems and debugging.
• Has effective communication skills.
• Can work well in a team.
• Understands microservices architecture
