Mould / Pattern Maker (Tool, Jig & Diemaker) at Watershed Consulting

Duties:

• Manufacture new mould and master patterns;
• Duplicate existing moulds;
• Repair existing moulds;
• Assist in the development of part manufacture, by creating more efficient moulds;
• Work with, laminators, draughtmen, engineers and Mould Maker supervisor;
• Any other duties as may be instructed from time to time by a member of Company management. 

Requirements:

• At least 2 years practical experience as a composite (fibre glass or carbon) mould / pattern maker;
• Trade Certificate in pattern making would be advantageous;
• Ability to make patterns from engineering drawings;
• Vacuum bagging and infusion skills would be advantageous;
• Strong ability to work in a team;
• Ability to work with jigs;
• Exceptional attention to detail.
