    MPGS support (Payment Gateway Specialist)

    Role:

    We are looking for experience more from the MPGS technical operator perspective having direct user/admin platform knowledge in following areas:

    • Act as first point of contact for MPGS Projects across the scoped markets, coordinate with Mastercards internal teams, Client/Acquires and third party providers to setup project and follow up on related requirements, manage technical solution/scope and timelines adhering to Project management best practices;

    Project & scope management (per market)

    •  Provide on-the-ground support as required, log requests and update Client team on project execution status in timely intervals,
    •  Conduct regular reviews with Client on open projects and tickets,
    •  Provide timely reports & status updates on timely manner (internally & externally),
    •  Conduct brief platform-specific technical training as needed,
    •  Assist Client in filling various requests forms related to the gateway (e.g., requests to add currency, change requests, / ACS (access control server) related forms),
    •  Manage Clients MPGS technical team requirements to provide timely support (e.g., production technical support),
    •  Any further MPGS related services agreed between the parties in writing which are part of and/or ancillary to, the services provided under this Schedule,

    Clients MPGS instance (on Behalf management ):

    •  Support and maintain full configuration cycle of the non-corporate merchant organizations as per the Onboarding Guide provided with MPGS,
    •  Manage access rights and issue the relevant accesses to different level of non-corporate merchant organization,
    •  Ensure ownership changes are reflected on Merchant Manager Portal upon acquiring banks notification by activating or deactivating merchant code,

    Post implementation Support :

    •  Manage urgent production technical support, specific technical challenges faced by Client,
    •  Support market or acquiring bank or corporate MSO (management services organization) with any application upgrade,
    •  Support and maintain any Gateway changes/Technical/Market support as part of troubleshooting,
    •  Provide support on and attend troubleshooting calls with the merchant,
    •  Provide periodic update on required resolution post the troubleshooting calls,
    •  Share the incident report provided by BizOps team describing the cause and the corrective measures taken for each incident,

    Required Experience :

     MPGS :

    •  Merchant onboarding/setup
    •  Support in API integrations
    •  Support end to end testing
    •  Ability to support Acquirer dependencies : Acquirer link, clearing ( DCF File processing) & settlement.
    •  Risk rules & Fraud Management best practices : Transaction Risk Management experience

     Acquirer & Merchant organization

    •  Refunds/Chargeback analysis
    •  Authorization rate improvement initiatives
    •  Improve decline and abandonment rates
    •  Portfolio activity tracking Reports and analysis
    •  Culling exercise for inactive MIDs

     Acceptance experience

    •  Deep understanding of roles in acceptance EcoSystem: PayFac, MarketPlace, PSP..etc
    •  Scheme Franchise rules understanding and navigation.
    •  APMs and wallet acceptance.

    Required Skills :

    •  Specialist in acquiring business,
    •  Regional experience preferred,
    •  Advanced English,
    •  Ability to work independently with minimum supervision,
    •  Strong stakeholder management skills across,
    •  Technical & functional expertise (knowledge of both business and technology requirements,
    •  Advanced Project Management practices & experience with records of high scale and complex acceptance projects/programs.
