Own merchandising and promotional strategy across the Mr D On-Demand vertical
Drive merchandising with a focus on maximising partner discoverability and conversion
Create and execute on a Merchandising Calendar attributing measures of success for all campaigns
Maximise the usage of the Mr D app merchandising inventory and report back on successes and learnings
Run cross departmental sessions that focus on best practice partner curation
Understand and report on the commercial impact of merchandising initiatives
Manage merchandising team, planning sessions and calendars
Work closely with the advertising teams to ensure execution of booked campaigns
Continuously refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance team productivity, eliminate redundancies, and create streamlined, scalable merchandising processes
Assist and partner with the product team to identify and enhance merchandising features and optimize existing systems to improve operational efficiency and enhance the customer shopping experience
Collaborate with the BI team to develop new merchandising metrics and improve data accessibility to enable evidence-based decisions for merchandising initiatives and inventory optimization
Qualifications and Experience:
Relevant tertiary qualification
Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in an Ecommerce Marketplace
Environment/Online B2B or Retail
A minimum of 1-2 years leading a team (beneficial)
