Meet specific learning outcomes as set out in the National Treasury Finance Intern Skills Development Programme
The successful applicants will primarily be trained in the key areas of the Finance, Internal Audit and Risk departments to ensure that adequate skills are developed
Exposure to the implementation of the MFMA, GRAP Standards, Policies and Procedures.
Applicants must have matriculated in the Knysna municipal area, and must be in possession of a completed three-year Bachelors Degree or National Diploma (NQF Level 7), with majors in Accounting, Business or Finance. Internal Audit and/or Risk Management will be an added advantage. Reasonable written and verbal communication skills, and computer literacy are further requirements.
