National Inventory & GRA Manager : Consumer & Retail at DHL Supply Chain

We are offering an outstanding candidate the exciting opportunity as a National Inventory and GRA Manager, reporting to the Consumer & Retail Director : SA.

• This role will be responsible for the management of the sites contractual stock loss liabilities to ensure that the respective sites are within tolerance and to be responsible for maintaining and managing inventory integrity.
• The successful incumbent will provide strong leadership of a strategic and technical nature, in a matrix environment by applying proven expertise, methodology, knowledge and experience to the operations in order to improve cost efficiency, quality, performance systems excellence and innovation.
• The incumbent will be required to lead the inventory performance of respective sites by providing leadership, training and coaching to site teams, focusing on customer requirements & engagement, effective inventory reconciliation performance.
• The role further entails in depth involvement in projects steering as the work stream lead.
• The successful candidate should have a relevant Supply Chain/Finance qualification or equivalent and must have a minimum of 10 years experience in a similar capacity.
• The successful candidate should also demonstrate high levels of people leadership, sound operational skills, commercial awareness, effective communication and business acumen. National travel required 75%.
