New Business Development Executive at Xero

The main focus of the role will be driving new business via outbound calling, qualifying partner leads to assess validity and profiling them into either small or large opportunities. You will provide phone based engagement with clients to support any queries or issues that they may have in a timely manner. The New Business Development Executive will also educate our partners on all partner resources available to them whilst ensuring that your knowledge of Xero features and functionality is kept up to date via Xero training and updated Webinars.

What you’ll bring

• Proven experience in driving new business via high volume outbound call activity, and/or telesales experience
• You'll be a self-motivated, energetic and passionate individual with the determination to succeed
• Ability to quickly build rapport with people by telephone
• Great communication and collaborative skills
