    New Vehicle Sales Executive

    Key Responsibilities include:

    • Actively prospecting for new customers through cold calling, referrals, and walk-ins.
    • Conducting needs analyses to recommend suitable vehicles.
    • Presenting and demonstrating vehicle features and benefits effectively to potential buyers.
    • Guiding customers through the entire sales process, from initial contact to final delivery.
    • Preparing and presenting quotations, finance options, and trade-in evaluations.
    • Ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and complies with dealership and legal requirements.
    • Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
    • Conducting regular follow-ups with existing and potential clients.
    • Handling customer queries and resolving concerns professionally and efficiently.
    • Staying up to date with the latest vehicle models, features, pricing, and industry trends.
    • Attending training sessions and product launches as required.
    • Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management.
    • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status.
    • Submitting regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
    • Working closely with the finance, service, and delivery teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
    • Participating in dealership events, promotions, and marketing activities.

    Applicants should have:

    • Proven experience in vehicle sales or a similar customer-facing sales role.
    • A valid driver’s license.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • A proactive and self-motivated approach.
    • A professional appearance and conduct.
    • High emotional intelligence and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
