Provide volume and logistics insights for new projects in order to highlight and mitigate risks to ensure greater success in foundational stage of new projects
Support planning processes of NPD’s / promotions by identifying and managing internal and external stakeholders in order to achieve efficient scope, timing and budget adherence
Provide input and guidance into volume triangulation and cannibalization assumptions for new products and promotions by analyzing market availability/reach, product chaining and consumer profile insights
Collaborate with internal Logistics stakeholders to identify supply chain requirements and constraints that facilitate or hamper new project success
Manage and track project milestones for ALL planning and operational inputs to the NPD and assess deviation from project design
Monitor and support active projects to evaluate deviations from initial project assumptions in order realign all stakeholders to ensure project delivers on initial volume and revenue aspirations
Manage and identify discontinuation of products to the business through collaboration with brand, commercial and supply chain stakeholders
Manage product life cycle and drive portfolio rationalization
Govern Masterdata process to ensure that new products are seamlessly integrated into planning and procurement systems

Strong negotiation skills and ability to build rapport and influence across all levels in the organization
Excellent self management practices with a pro-active, energetic and committed approach
Excellent presentation and report drafting skills
Ability to manage multiple streams of information optimally with attention to detail
An inclination towards the quantitative disciplines of mathematics, statistics and economics would be advantageous
Basic business financial understanding would be advantageous
Minimum Requirements:
Preferred Candidate should have a tertiary qualification in an analytical field
Ideal candidate should have between 3 – 5 years experience in supply chain or commercial disciplines in an FMCG environment
Effective problem-solving, numeracy and analytical skills at both operational and tactical levels
