Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of approximately 180 staff, including daily task planning and productivity tracking.
• Allocate resources based on weekly schedules from various departments to ensure operational efficiency.
• Oversee task execution via a labour planning portal, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
• Enforce health and safety standards, manage staff discipline, and support a positive work environment.
• Collaborate with management and technicians to align staffing with operational priorities.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and reduce delays.
• Communicate progress, challenges, and performance updates regularly across departments.

Requirements:

• Education: Tertiary qualification in Agriculture, Production Management, or a related field
• Experience: 3–5 years in nursery production or a similar operational role
