Occupational Health Nurse Practitioner - Rustenburg at Life Healthcare

• Exciting full day permanent opportunity exists for an Occupational Health Nurse Practitioner, based at Life Health Solutions Clinic in the vicinity of Phokeng, North-West. The successful candidate will be required to work 40 hours a week. Responsible for the rendering of a quality Occupational Health service, which is effective and efficient, and meet and exceed customers’ expectations and requirements. 

Critical Outputs

• Occupational Health medical examinations as per legal & client requirements.
• Occupational Health Service to establish the physical, psychological, and social wellbeing of the worker in a safe working environment.
• Trending & comparisons of employee’s health status on a year-to-year basis.
• Providing information the Client/s can utilize to eliminate, control, and minimize health risks and hazards to which the employees are, or may be exposed.
• Overseeing and compiling client reports.
• Overseeing finance functions within the clinic.
• Working effectively within a budget.
• Delivering high quality healthcare services.
• Meeting administration needs timeously.
• Meeting the prescribed professional and quality standards of both Life Health Solutions and the client/s.
• Maintaining client relationships.
• Focus and drive compliance to Life internal standards, legislative requirements.

Requirements

• The candidate must be registered as an Occupational Health Nurse with SANC.
• The candidates should have experience or qualification in:
• Administration
• Employee relations and communication
• Occupational Health (non-negotiable)
• A certificate in dispensing, audiometry, spirometry, and vision screening and BLS.
• Candidates who are results orientated, have initiative and the ability to deliver quality outputs and reduce costs, will be most suitable for this position.
• Customer orientation, focus and teamwork complete the profile.
• Computer literacy (Word / Excel / PowerPoint / Outlook/ cloud bases systems)
• Own transport will be required.
