    Off Premise Graduate Trainee

    ll the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

    e Commerce Specialist

    • In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and executing Red Bull’s Quick Commerce strategy across local & international partners (E.g. Uber Eats, Mr D). Your primary focus will be to coordinate the execution of activation within the eCommerce apps in this fast-growing segment.
    • By collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders, you will lead Red Bull’s perfect mobile store execution on both key grocery and restaurant delivery partners. You will strategize and plan retail media campaigns across our global partners. Additionally, you will set up data sharing reports to track the results of our campaigns.
    • You will build sustainable relationships with existing eCommerce Q Commerce accounts while forming new relationships in this space.

    Off Premise Key Account Manager – New Business

    • Increase Red Bull’s reach in the Non-Traditional channel. This will be an entrepreneurial role in charge of the development, implementation & tracking of Red Bull’s sales strategy in the Non-Traditional Channel (Specialty Retail). Thereby delivering sales, volume & profitability targets across Non-Traditional Customers and Distribution Partners
    • Gain in depth sales experience in the Off -Premise universe (including field force, KAM and trade marketing). The Graduate Trainee will be based in Key Accounts and will conduct his/her rotations in Off-Premise. This will be a formative role whereby the individual will be coached on commercial and sales aspects. The individual will be exposed to distribution, trade marketing, controlling and customer facing engagements.

    Your areas of knowledge and expertise

    that matter most for this role:

    • Bachelor's degree or Master's degree - Commercial, marketing, or similar degree
    • Relevant work, entrepreneurial or internship experience is a plus
    • A history of pursuing personal passions, extra-curricular achievements
    • Entrepreneurial spirit with a "go-getter" mentality when it comes to tackling important projects or taking on new challenges
    • Open and solution-oriented mindset
    • Communications and listening ability/interpersonal skills (direct customer contact)Strong presentation skills supported by concept sell techniques
    • Strong analytical ability and commercial acumen to understand financial statements and market trends
    • Able to work independently at times with responsibility, being organized, result driven and solution orientated and able to take instruction (Open to coaching)
    • Commercial awareness desirable

    • MS Office skills - particularly in Excel and PowerPoint
    • Fluent in English (written, spoken), additional languages considered a plus
