    Office Administrator

    The Facilities Operations Department is looking for an additional resource to join their team as an Office Administrator. This person is required to complete specified daily duties and other ad hoc duties that may arise.

    Duties include, but not limited to:

    Biometric Enrolments

    • Biometric enrolment for new starters, mid-month starters, contractors and service providers

    Access Control

    • Enrolment of staff on Access Control System (Impro)
    • Management of staff suspensions and terminations
    • Responding to Staff Movement notifications timeously
    • Management of postdated staff leaver notifications
    • Ordering of Access Control equipment

    Point Of Sale

    • Daily assistance of meal voucher printing
    • Addition/Removal of Digi Shop items on Point Of Sale
    • Daily reconciliation of Digi Shop sales on Navision

    Query resolution 

    • Providing customer services to internal “clients”
    • Parcel/Deliveries management
    • Stationery allocations to internal clients

    Ad hoc:

    Sourcing quotes, placing orders, monitor, tracking and follow up of all stock orders

    • Follow ups on costing , and delivery

    Ordering and monitoring of all office support stocks

    • Stationery (Compare quotes)
    • Digi Shop
    • Access Control Equipment

    General Administration

    • Filing
    • Assist with setting up of Internal Functions , Meetings and Induction
    • Assist with Executive lunches
    • Assist with Reception

    Parking management

    • Allocating parking according to company policy  

    Essential Criteria:

    • Matric/Grade 12 is essential
    • 2 to 3 years Office Administration experience essential
    • MS Office – Excel, Word, Outlook
    • Demonstrates consistent behaviour aligned to the Combiined F and Organizational Culture
    • Strong financial astuteness

    Desirable Criteria:

    • Access Control experience advantageous
    • Experience in Creditors Control, Data Capturing, Reconciliation and handling queries
    • Experience with Navision or any other accounting software would be advantageous
