Minimum Requirements

• Schedule meetings and appointments.
• Organize the office layout and order stationery and equipment.
• Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs
• Partner with HR to update and maintain office policies as necessary
• Organize office operations and procedures.
• Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment.
• Provide general support to visitors.
• Meet and Greet New Employees during the onboarding process.
• Address employees’ queries regarding office management issues (e.g., stationery, Hardware, and travel arrangements).
• Plan in-house or off-site activities, like parties, celebrations, and conferences.
• Employee Housing.
• Company Travel arrangements.
• Switchboard
• Company Motor Vehicles.
• Assisting staff members with admin tasks.
• Maintaining general office files, and other files related to the company’s operations.
• Coordinating and managing appointments, meetings, and the conference room schedule to prevent duplicate bookings.
• Welcoming Guests.
• Supply chain is the activities required to deliver goods or services.
• Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities, and equipment.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
