Office Manager - Waterfall at PSG Konsult Ltd

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the efficient co-ordination and planning of client functions
• Personnel management
• Head of administration
• Deal with general client amendments and queries
• Answer phone calls and reply to emails
• Coordinate all administrative processes
• Dairy management
• Ad-hoc and special projects
• Relationship Management with clients and service providers
• Oversee team members

Minimum requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Attention to detail
• 3 - 5 years of relevant working experience within the financial services industry
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and at least one other of the official South African languages
• Computer literacy (MS Office & MS Excel)
