Officer, Confirmations Vanilla Plus at Standard Bank Group

Job Description

• To plan, coordinate, monitor, and deliver day-to-day confirmations for Vanilla Plus products, and ensure that all Outgoing Confirmations are processed, Incoming Confirmations are matched, and discrepancies are followed and confirmed timeously and accurately, in respect of Foreign Exchange Derivatives (FXD), Interest Rate Derivatives (IRD), Local Markets Africa (LMA) and Fixed income Securities Markets Desk. 

Qualifications

• Must have Matric certificate

Field of Study:

• Any Financial administration degree/diploma or Introduction to Financial markets  certificates/courses will add as an advantage
• BCom Degree and ACI-Certificate will be added advantage

2-4 years

• Intermediate knowledge and experience specifically within Financial Institution.

3-4 years

• Understanding and knowledge of all MS functions, Use of Internet AI tools for information purposes due to frequent market regulation changes.

3-4 years

• Able to communicate in an articulate manner and professional business approach. Have a good email etiquette.

3-5 Years

Derivative confirmations Processing which includes the below products:

• Interest Rate Derivative Product knowledge
• Foreign Exchange Derivative Product knowledge
• Fixed income Securities Markets Product knowledge
• Local Markets Africa FX Product knowledge
