    • Develop and maintain a good working knowledge of HSEC related legislation
    • Monitor and Coordinate compliance to all HSEC related legislation
    • Remain abreast of developments in HSEC thinking and practice
    • Coordinate the implementation and ongoing development of Environmental Management plans (EMP’s)
    • Monitor and evaluate Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA)
    • Liaison with relevant government departments, water users and other external Stakeholders

    Ensure and enforce adherence to the HSEC standards of the Glencore Alloys division
