Qualification(s):

• National Diploma in HR or Behavioural
• Sciences at NQF 6 with 240 Credits

Experience:

• 3 years related experience and Background in HR Generalist

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure a comprehensive Human Resources service for a dedicated Customer base in terms of the total HR value chain.
• Provide an advisory service to line management and employees on all aspects of Eskom conditions of service.
• Ensure an effective coordination of skills sourcing service to the area.
• Provide accurate management of information and effective system support.
• Customer, stakeholder communication and service.
• Supporting Line Management in improving good labour and employee relations.
• Facilitate developing and implementing of training and development plans.
