Key Objectives

• Contacting new clients to onboard them and complete the sales process
• Following up on outstanding information and documentation
• Assisting with client retention by ensuring a seamless onboarding experience
• Handling queries and providing excellent customer support
• Supporting the sales team with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

• Completed grade 12 or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service, sales support, and administration in a similar environment
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Highly organized with great attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
