Onboarding Administrator at Anglo American

Job Description:

As our Onboarding Administrator, you will be responsible to: 

• Ensure compliance to SHE requirements for the onboarding section 
• Full administration support for Contractor Management 
• Customer Service 

Please note this role is for a 2 year contract only

This role is in the Safety & Sustainable Development Department- Kathu at a Band 9 level reporting to the Manager Contractor Management. 

Qualifications:

You will need the following:  

• Relevant Completed Diploma or Degree  

Experience:  

• SHE experience
• Understanding of Project Management processes and Contractor Management System  
• MS Office 
• Understanding of Supply Chain processes related to Contractor Management 
• Proficient in managing team performance 
• Driver’s Licence:  Code B (Light Vehicle)
