    EB & Data Manager

    Job Description:

    Your day-to-day duties will include:

    Rock Engineering Technician

    Job Description:

    Your additional responsibilities will include:

    Job Description:

    As a Shift Supervisor Mining you will focus on safe quality of work, achieving of production targets, housekeeping, supervising and coordinating support functions. Below are some of the key responsibilities critical to the role.

    Key responsibilities of this role are:

    • Ensure the maintenance of proper discipline of all persons under your charge.
    • Daily on-the-job coaching and on-site training sessions should be conducted and captured in the logbook.

    Job Description:

    Purpose

    • To provide the appropriate technology to enable Digital Transformation and Business Improvement

    Key Tasks:

    Enterprise Applications Finance Solutions Architect

    Job Description:

    Purpose:

    • To lead the design and development of the Finance Solution Architecture and Data Architecture for the Platinum 411 migration to AOP on S4H, as well as the second phase of AOP on S4H.

    • Focus particularly on the Finance Transformation programme, Beyond Finance, to be able to correctly interpret overall business outcomes and requirements to translate these into AOP roadmaps and solution architecture.
    • Understand Platinum requirements and be able to identify genuinely Platinum-specific business practices and rationales, and have the ability to articulate these and analyse these against the S4H roadmap and AOP current and future designs.
    • Act as a custodian of the overall AOP Finance solution and data architecture and apply the appropriate governance checks and balances to ensure that the AOP template does not significantly deviate from the common Group solution.
    • Timeously think through, compile and/or review design or position papers and make recommendations as to the preferred solutions, including standing firm on non-negotiable architecture and design standards with respect to the Platinum implementation - whilst offering reasonable and workable alternatives/ work arounds.
    • Deliver the overall AOP on S4H Finance solution (designed, built and deployed) for Platinum.
    • Deliver the second phase of S4H including innovations, new UI and selective SAP and third-party digital solutions.
