About the job:
Onboarding and Nurture Assistant - To assist and support the Talent team with initiatives, projects and programmes focused on attracting, developing, engaging and retaining talent, and strengthening SAPRO’s Employee Value Proposition
Mandatory Qualifications:
National Diploma in Human Resources, Industrial and Organisational Psychology, or any other relevant discipline
Desirable Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline
Minimum Experience:
2 – 3 years of HR and project co-ordination experience
Desired Experience:
Talent Management and Project Co-ordination experience, within a financial/professional services industry
Key Performance Area:
Onboarding and Nurture support
Play an active role in the onboarding process, from welcoming all new joiners, facilitating handover processes between the relevant teams, and acting as the primary point of contact
Address relevant queries of new joiners, ensuring follow-up actions, and/or directing these to the appropriate Team member
Co-ordinate the FAQ process from new joiners through the various channels
Support the effective delivery of the orientation and integration process, assisting with a seamless process of new joiners
Coordinate stay and exit interview processes
Support the administration and implementation of relevant survey and organisational diagnostic processes
Support performance development initiatives
Provide support and delivery on relevant change management initiatives
Support the delivery of any engagement initiatives that attracts, retains, and develops talent and promotes a positive working culture
Conduct research on international trends and best practice with respect to the management of talent, and identify opportunities for process improvement
Data analysis and reporting
Provide input into development of meaningful data analyses and reporting
Preparation of relevant operational reports
Present on key trends and results within functional area of responsibility, as and when required
Technical Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Human Resources/Human Capital
Organisational Diagnostics
Project Management Co-ordination
