Online Lecturer in Educare/Early Childhood Development (JB4209) at Educor Holdings

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Grade R or early childhood Development
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the Educare/Early Childhood Development.
• Previous lecturing experience is essential
• Previous experience teaching or tutoring in an online or remote setting is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in utilizing online learning management systems and educational technology tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students in a virtual learning environment.
• Dedication to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment for all students.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver engaging, interactive online lectures and course materials in various areas of Educare/Early Childhood Development
• Facilitate online discussions, assignments, and assessments to ensure student comprehension and engagement.
• Provide timely feedback and support to students to foster their learning and academic success.
• Collaborate with other faculty members and instructional designers to continuously improve course content and delivery methods.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in Information Technology to ensure course content remains relevant and up to date.
