Operational Excellence, Senior Manager at TMF Group

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver complex projects which improve client engagement, reduce our risk or reduce delivery cost
• Build capability within delivery teams to leverage the Lean methodology, focussing on Visual Management, coaching & capacity planning
• Partner with the IT function to innovate and automate service delivery and embed new technology
• Design & deploy effective change management techniques to influence, train and guide operational teams, championing the changes to overcome resistance
• Provide regular, accurate and appropriate reporting to the different stakeholders

Key Requirements

• 8+ years leading complex & multi-country programs, involving system, process or organizational change
• Partnering with IT teams to embed new technology & automations
• Leading a multi-country team of experienced resources
• Implementing Lean tools in to a services environment
• Establishing governance to ensure an effecitve control framework
• Communicating with and influencing C-Suite stakeholders
• Exceptional organisation skills
• Using analytical and problem solving skill
• Exceptional written and spoken English
